Deepti Sharma was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Management of Health Services at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. She completed her PhD in Public Policy at IIM Bangalore. She obtained her master’s degree in Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Her area of interest lies in health policy, gender studies and management studies. She has published in prestigious journals in the management and healthcare domain, such as the Journal of Business Ethics (FT50 journal), PLOS Global Public Health and World Bank Economic Review. As a part of her research, she has worked as a Co-PI on a fully funded project by the Canadian Institute of Health Research in collaboration with McGill University, Canada. She has received several awards and recognition during prestigious conferences. She has also been IIMB Institute Research Award Finalist, 2024.
