Master of Management Studies in Heritage Management
Heritage is a broad concept and an emerging field of practice for a range of disciplines. The Master of Management Studies in Heritage Management Programme at Ahmedabad University provides a multi-disciplinary conceptual understanding of heritage, along with managerial insights towards sustainable heritage management. Through course work, field work, field immersion, project exercise, practicum and thesis, the graduates would have gained holistic perspectives on heritage as well as relevant managerial strategies from business, sustainable, entrepreneurial and organisational points of view. The Programme is a pioneer in offering an educational approach to heritage management and is aligned with the Competency Framework for Cultural Heritage Management adopted by UNESCO.

Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee* for the Programme is INR 3,50,000 (INR 1,75,000 per annum). At Ahmedabad University, we believe that finances should not stand in the way of pursuing education. Students can opt for a Fellowship of INR 50,000 per year, under which they are required to undertake Teaching Assistantship under a faculty member assisting them in teaching. Their effective fees would be INR 1.25 lakh per year. (*Excludes books/course materials and University accommodation and dining.)
