Flavours and Futures is a hands-on gastronomy workshop where you’ll explore these ideas by preparing two iconic dishes: Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Indian Chaat. No prior culinary experience needed- just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
Put on your apron, roll up your sleeves, and cook alongside the university’s culinary team in a guided, interactive session.
Cost: INR 400 non-students and INR 100 for students
