Are Indian Tastes different from Chinese Tastes?



The Edible Archives project travelled to China in 2019 and engaged in culinary conversations with chefs in Suzhou and Shanghai. Now in 2021 they begin a dialogue with Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine doctors to understand the medical properties of food ingredients from both cuisine cultures.

To mark the beginning of this new journey, Edible Archives presents a two-day in-person workshop hosted by the Centre for Inter-Asian Research, Ahmedabad University.
