Symposium on Challenges of Buddhist Heritage Sites Management in India



A symposium on ‘Challenges of Buddhist Heritage Sites Management in India’ was held at Centre for Heritage Management. The symposium featured presentations by final year students of the Masters in Management Studies (Heritage Management) programme, who recently pursued fieldwork at Buddhist heritage sites at Bodhgaya and Jethian valley. Following the presentations, Mr Thomas Jones, National Centre for Preservation Technology and Training, USA talked on ‘The Evolving Paradigm and Future of Heritage Management in India’.
