Ahmedabad University Collaborates with Environmental Technology Leader Oizom to Improve Air Quality Data Accuracy
Ahmedabad University and Oizom, a leading environmental technology company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on academic research for environmental management as part of their commitment to advance technologies to address sustainability.
The collaboration will foster innovative research and development in air quality-monitoring sensor development, mobile air quality monitoring, sensor-based system development in India, urban air quality monitoring, odour monitoring for sewage treatment plants, hotspot monitoring, and more.
Raghavan Rangarajan, Dean, School of Arts and Sciences, said, "We are delighted to join forces with Oizom, to advance our shared commitment to drive academics with revolutionary technology knowledge and participate in quality research and development. Through this partnership, we aim to leverage our collective expertise and knowledge to make significant advancements in addressing air pollution and advancing technology for sustainable and affordable solutions. We are excited to work on developing mobile air quality monitoring with Oizom and make the best out of handy tech products."
