Research Interests: Commutative Algebra, Algebraic Geometry

Profile

Professor Das has held postdoctoral positions at IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, and Chennai Mathematical Institute. He earned his PhD from University of Missouri in 2020, following the completion of his undergraduate and graduate studies at Chennai Mathematical Institute.

His research interests lie in the asymptotic multiplicities which occur in commutative algebra and algebraic geometry. He is also interested in valuation theory and its applications to the theory of singularities.
