- Retain: Current low trip lengths and sustainable travel patterns
- Avoid: Unnecessary motorised trips for all users
- Shift: To public transport and non-motorised transport modes
- Improve: Technology of motorised vehicles (EV, clean fuel)
- Eliminate: Sequester additional CO2 emissions
