Doctoral Candidates

Purvi has about 11 years of work experience in architectural practice, academics and research. For the last seven years, she is an Assistant Professor at Nirma University, Ahmedabad.  She has completed her Bachelor of Architecture from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology, Vasad and her Master in Architecture with a specialisation in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability from CEPT University. She has worked as a Research Assistance and Architect for four years. She is an IGBC Accredited Green Building Professional (IGBC AP). She is currently associated with research projects such as Residential building energy demand reduction in India (RESIDE) funded by DST and Modelling Urban heat island impact on increasing energy consumption funded by Nirma University.
