Anjali Ramakrishnan was a past visiting researcher (June to August 2019) at the Global Centre on Environment and Energy, Ahmedabad University and a PhD candidate at the Mercator Research Institute for Global Commons and Climate Change, Berlin. Her research focuses on assessing demand-side solutions for low-carbon transition in India. Previously, she has worked with policy think tanks including The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) in New Delhi. She completed her Masters in Economics from TERI University, New Delhi, and Bachelors in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. She is a recipient of the DAAD Research Scholarship for her PhD studies in Germany.
