Problems and the approach: Climate Change is an extreme case of externality imposing huge costs on current and future generations. The responses to address climate change need to keep socio-economic and political transformations across regions, nations and locales. Given the inertia of natural and social transformations and global scale, the climate change policy assessments require using concepts, methods and tools focused on research and interdisciplinary learning.
