Dr. Saif Khan Mohammad

Professor Saif Khan Mohammad is an Associate Professor at IIT,Delhi. He completed his Ph.D from IISc, Banglore in 2010 and did his B.Tech from IIT,Delhi in 1998. He has been working as an Associate Professor since 2017 with six years of experience as an Assistant Professor. His research interests are in Communication Theory, Information Theory, Signal Processing and his Current Research Focus is on Wireless Communication (Large MIMO Systems/Massive MIMO Systems for 5G) and 5G Massive MIMO Lab at I.I.T. Delhi. He has received many awards and fellowships. He has 4 granted patents. He is IEEE Senior Member since September 2015. Editor of IEEE Wireless Communication Letters (WCL), Guest editor for the JCN (Journal of Communication Networks) special issue on ``Massive MIMO Systems'', Chair for the special session titled ``Large-Scale MIMO Systems'' at the Asilomar conference 2012 and Reviewer for several IEEE transactions and conferences.


Dr. Miguel Lopez

Dr. Miguel Lopez is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics (EEE) of the University of Liverpool (UoL), United Kingdom since 2013. Prior to this, he was a Research Fellow in the Centre for Communication Systems Research (CCSR) of the University of Surrey (UNIS), Guildford, United Kingdom from 2011 to 2013. He received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Telecommunications Engineering (both with First-Class Honours) from Miguel Hernandez University (UMH), Elche, Spain in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications Engineering (2011 Outstanding Ph.D. Thesis Award) from the Department of Signal Theory and Communications (TSC) of the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, Spain in 2011.
His research interests embrace the field of wireless communications and networking, with special emphasis on several theoretical and experimental aspects of cellular mobile communication technologies, heterogeneous radio access networks and dynamic spectrum access in cognitive radio systems. He has been a principal investigator of research projects funded by EPSRC/eFutures and UKIERI, and has been involved in the European-funded projects AROMA, NEWCOM++, FARAMIR, QoSMOS and CoRaSat.


Dr. Mehul Raval

Dr. Raval joined Ahmedabad University in 2013. During 2008-2013, he served at DA-IICT, Gandhinagar and from 1997 - 2008 he was associated with Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET), Surat, India. He was visiting faculty to Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology Surat (2005 - 2007) and Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (2004 - 2008), Surat, India. Dr. Raval visited Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Okayama University, Japan during July- August 2016 under Sakura science exchange program sponsored by Japan Science and Technology (JST), Govt. of Japan. He was an Argosy visiting Associate Professor at Olin College of Engineering, MA, US during Fall 2016. He is an alumnus of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department, College of Engineering Pune (COEP), one of the oldest engineering institute in Asia (established in 1854) and University of Pune. He obtained Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) - Electronics and Telecommunication (E&TC) in 1996 and Master of Engineering (M.E.) - Digital Systems in 2002. He has published extensively in journals, magazines, conferences, workshops at national and international stage. Dr. Raval is an associate editor for IEEE Access: a leading open access publication by IEEE. He serve as member of technical program committees for leading national and international conferences, workshops and symposium and reviews journals articles of IEEE, ACM, Springer, Elsevier, IET. He has received research funds from Board of Research in Nuclear Science (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India and IEEE. He is supervising three doctoral students and many completed M. Tech theses and B. Tech projects under his supervision. He also served on Board of Studies(BoS) for various universities. He is a senior member of IEEE and a Fellow of IETE. Dr. Raval served IEEE Gujarat section during 2008 - 2015 and also served IEEE signal processing society (SPS) chapter as vice chair and exe-com member in 2014.

Dr. Dhaval Patel

Dr. Dhaval Patel is currently working as Assistant Professor at School of Engineering and Applied Science - Ahmedabad University, India. Previously, he associated with Olin School of Engineering-MA- USA (Visiting Faculty), Nirma University, Charotar University of Science and Technology - Changa and as a Research Engineer at Pentium Electronics, Ahmedabad.
Recently he has published articles in peer conferences such as Personal Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications- PIMRC (2017) at Montreal, Canada and Cognitive Radio Oriented Wireless Networks- CROWNCOM (2017) at Lisbon, Portugal. He has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He is a TPC member of many international conferences in U.S.A and India. He is contributing his services as a reviewer in International and National Journals like IEEE Transaction on Wireless Communications, NASA Journal of Physical Science, IEEE Communication letters, etc. Furthermore, he is an executive committee member of professional bodies like IEEE Signal Processing Society, ISTE and IETE. His area of interest includes Non-parametric statistics, Cognitive Radio-Physical Layer, MIMO Communications and Statistical Signal Processing.
