SCS club activity report on Game Development using Unity 3D

A session on “Game Development using Unity 3D” was organized for students of Integrated MCA programme on 29th March, 2017. Unity 3D is a cross-platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies and is used to develop video games for PC, consoles, mobile devices and websites.

Abhishek Hingorani, student of TYiMCA, demonstrated how to use Unity IDE, Engine and Assets. He explained how to use powerful features like Physics engine, positional audio, web browser and standalone deployment, shaders, terrain editor and tree creator in Unity. He answered many queries and shared tips to quick start the Game Development using Unity 2D/3D. It was a very good learning experience for 40 participating students. Session was coordinated by Prof Kuntal Patel.
