On the occasion of (World) Heritage Week, Living Waters Museum organised a critical dialogue, from Water Heritage to Water Futures, together with the Ahmedabad Water Network – an association of professionals, practitioners and researchers passionate about water in all its dimensions.
On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, LWM organised a visit to Sarkhej Roza with the students of Prabhat Foundation, an that looks at the development of children and adults with special needs. Ms Gauri Raje, a UK based storyteller along with Sukrit Sen, Student of the Masters Programme conducted a storytelling session with folk tales associated with water. The event was co-hosted with Sahapedia as part of the “Water we Want” youth contest organised by the Global Network of Water Museums. A similar open event was hosted at the Khoj Museum for Children on December 1st.
