Zalak Shah’s teaching and research interest focuses on various areas of marketing as of consumer behavior, branding, rural marketing and bottom of the pyramid. She is currently working as a faculty in Marketing Area at AMSOM, Ahmedabad University. She has 12 years of academic experience. She has completed her M.Com, M. Phil on the topic ‘Social Accounting’ from the Gujarat University and Ph.D. in Management on the topic ‘A Comparative Study on Buying Behaviour of Consumers in Selected Industries in Selected Districts of Gujarat’ from the same.
