Dr. Swati Ghulyani completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore in 2019. Her dissertation titled "Disability Identity and Social Symbolic Work" aims at disability inclusion in the workplace by bringing forward the narratives of disabled individuals. Prior to joining the Ph.D. programme, she worked as an HR Generalist at NEC Technologies India Pvt. Limited (a 100% subsidiary of NEC Japan). She has qualified UGC NET-JRF (December 2014) in Management and her educational qualifications include MBA and B. Tech (CSE). She has presented her research work at international conferences such as Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, Association for Business Communication, European Group of Organizational Studies, and International Association for Business and Society. Her case studies have been published with Ivey Publishing and IIM Raipur-ET Cases.
