Professor Jagdish Sheth, Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Marketing at Emory University internationally recognized thought leader who is known best for his scholarly contributions in consumer psychology, relationship marketing, competitive strategy, and geopolitical analysis interacted with faculty members on 5 January 2019. He was invited for the Research Seminar Series of the Amrut Mody School of Management, Ahmedabad University.

Professor Sheth with his decades of global experience across academics, consulting and research shared his thoughts on academics and its dynamics, the changing research landscape and how young academicians can find a niche to pursue relevant and thought-provoking research ideas.  

Faculty members raised questions and discussed with the Professor on ways to improve existing research and teaching capabilities in the fruitful and memorable seminar.
